BREAKING: Qualified bidders emerge in 2022/2023 oil licensing

Sifax and Royalgate Consortium, along with Oceangate Engineering Oil and Gas Limited, have emerged as winners in the 2022/2023 oil mini-bid round. The two firms secured the bids for PPL 300-DO and PPL 302-DO, respectively, as the sole bidders in their categories.

For PPL 303-DO, a tie occurred between MRS Oil and Gas Company Limited and NNPC Exploration and Production Limited, with both qualifying as bidders.

In the PPL 304-DO category, Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Limited outbid Sifax and Royalgate Consortium to claim victory. Meanwhile, Hamilcar Oil and Gas Consortium won the PPL 305-DO bid, surpassing NNPC E&P.

BISWAL Oil and Gas Limited emerged as the winner of the PPL 306-DO bid, defeating NNPC E&P Limited.

The tie bid for PPL 303-DO is currently undergoing a rebidding process in accordance with the rules governing tie bids.
